The Federal Transit Administration put $70 million in stimulus money for the Oakland Airport Connector on hold because BART didn’t do adequate analysis of this half-billion dollar taxpayer boondoggle.
Now is your chance to thank FTA and ask them to require that BART involves the public in planning to ensure the Oakland Airport Connector meets civil rights obligations.
